Privacy
We talk about mental health, so we want you to feel safe here. We only collect what we really need.
In short
- The website uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is why there is no cookie banner.
- We measure visits anonymously, without cross-site tracking and without advertising services.
- We only have your personal data if you send it to us yourself: in an event registration or an e-mail.
Who processes the data
The data controller is the TAMly initiative, which runs the Muôn màu project. For any question, write to us at info@tamly.cz.
Visitor statistics
To know which pages people read and where they come from, we use Vercel Web Analytics. The service uses no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device.
We only see aggregated numbers: visits, pages viewed, referring website, country, device and browser type. Visits are told apart by an anonymous hash that is discarded after 24 hours. We cannot identify anyone from it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website and reporting the project's reach to the grant provider.
Running the website
The website runs on servers of Vercel Inc. For security and operation, it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. Vercel is our processor and safeguards data transfers outside the EU with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Event registration and e-mails
Workshop registration runs through a Google Forms form. We only use its data (such as your name and contact) to organise the event and to communicate with you. Details, including photography at events, are in the form itself.
If you e-mail us, we only use your address and message to reply and to agree on next steps.
Sharing stories
A story about mental health contains sensitive data. We only process it with your explicit consent and publish only what we agree on together, for example under a nickname. You can withdraw your consent at any time and we will take the story off the website.
You can also send your story anonymously through a Google Forms form, without your name or e-mail. In that case we do not know who wrote it and will not contact you.
How long we keep data
Only as long as needed for the purpose and to meet our obligations to the grant provider. After that we delete it.
Links to other websites
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and partner websites are plain links. Nothing from them loads on our website. Once you click, that website's rules apply.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object, to receive it in a portable form and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@tamly.cz.
If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.
Effective from 22 October 2026.
