What is Muôn màu?
A solidarity project of the TAMly initiative connecting mental health, neurodivergence, personal stories, art and community dialogue.
Who is the project for?
For people with lived experience, their loved ones, professionals working with the Vietnamese community, and anyone interested in mental health and neurodivergence.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. The project is not only for people with a diagnosis. We are interested in a diversity of experiences and open dialogue.
What is neurodivergence?
Neurodivergence means that every brain works a little differently and processes the world in its own way. While most people perceive and react in similar ways (neurotypical people), neurodivergent people’s thinking, attention or social perception work differently. The term includes, for example, ADHD, autism and various learning difficulties.
It is neither a mistake nor an illness, but a natural difference in how our brains work. The key is to understand these differences and create environments where everyone can live and work well.
How can I get involved?
Come to a workshop or community gathering, get to know the project, join in the creative work or share your story with us. How taking part works
Do I have to make my story public?
No. You set your own boundaries. Sharing can be public, anonymous, or remain only part of the shared process.
Do I need to know how to paint?
No. The workshops are not about the result but about the process itself. All you need is the wish to come and try – nobody judges your work.
How much does a workshop cost?
Nothing – the workshops are free. Just register in advance. A group has 8–10 people, so there is room for everyone. Workshop dates
Is the workshop therapy?
No. Neither the workshops nor the support groups replace professional care, diagnosis or therapy. They are safe gatherings for creating, sharing and mutual support. If you need professional help, please contact a doctor or psychologist.
What happens to my story?
Nothing without your consent. Together we agree on what you want to share, in what form, and whether publicly or anonymously. The stories may then become part of the brochure and the exhibition.
Will the brochure also be in Vietnamese?
Yes. The brochure will be bilingual, in Czech and Vietnamese, so that it reaches parents too. It will be printed and free to download.
When and where will the exhibition be?
We are planning the exhibition opening and brochure launch for April 2027. We will announce the venue on this website and on Instagram @tamly.cz. Project timeline
Why do you connect stories with art?
Because not everything can be put into words. Colour, an image or creating can be another way to capture your own experience.
Who is behind the project?
Muôn màu is part of the TAMly initiative, which creates space for dialogue about mental health, relationships, identity and the experience of living between cultures.
The project team: Tu Anh Vo (project coordinator), Bao Nhi Do (project manager), Veronika Ngo (artist and workshop facilitator), Anna Pohořelá (exhibition production) and Eliška Kálalová (expert advisor). About the project
Do you see the world a little differently too?
Come with an open mind. Get to know other people’s stories. Or let us get to know yours.
